Virtual Tour Help

Our immersive 3-D virtual tours use a Java applet and iPix technology. Your web browser should be Netscape version 6 or newer, Safari version 1 or newer, or Internet Explorer 5 or newer. Other browsers may work as well, if they support Java.

The Java "viewer" will only need to be downloaded once, for the first image. Afterwards, tours should load quickly – maybe 20-40 seconds – depending on your connection speed and Internet traffic at that time. Please allow enough time to download the whole image and let it decompress before trying to navigate within it.

Macintosh users: make sure that you have the Apple Java software installed.
